New or reconditioned — what's the difference?
New units arrive sealed from the manufacturer. Reconditioned units are printers we've bought used, tested, and serviced ourselves before reselling at a lower price point — worth considering if the budget matters more than having a factory-fresh unit.
How do I know which printer or MFP fits my office?
The short answer: monthly volume, whether you need color, and whether you need Wi-Fi/network printing, auto-duplex, or an ADF for multi-page scanning. Give us a rough headcount and print load and we'll narrow it to a model that fits — not overkill, not underpowered.
Does installation and setup come with the printer?
It does. Every unit we deliver gets set up, installed, and walked through on-site, so your team is printing the same day instead of hunting for drivers.
What happens after the sale if something goes wrong?
